REGISTRATION INFORMATION

3 REGISTRATION OPTIONS:

EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION 

Register early and save $20 off the normal registration fee.

Register by Friday, January 06, 2023, 11:59 PM local time. 

1 Division = $110, Each additional division is $30.

Spectators are $15 each in advance. The price goes up to $20 at the door. Children 12 and under are $10 and can only be purchased at the door (Infants are free).

NORMAL REGISTRATION 

Registration period is from 1/07/23 to 1/11/23 11:59 PM local time.

LATE REGISTRATION (THURSDAY OR FRIDAY)  

Thursday (1/12/23) or Friday (1/13/23) Ends after Friday night weigh-in session.

Registrations are not accepted after the Friday weigh-in session, or at the door on tournament day.

FORMS OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED

Credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover) are accepted. AmEx is not accepted. Checks are not accepted. Stripe and PayPal are accepted.

 At events, we accept credit cards (not AmEx) and cash for spectators, merchandise, etc.

FAMILY DISCOUNTS

NAGA offers family discounts for immediate family members competing in the same event:

For 2 family members, the discount is $25, for 3 family members $50, for 4 family members $75, etc.

Family rates are valid for a parent paying for themselves and their minor child or children (under the age of 18), or a parent paying for their minor children (under the age of 18).

We are available Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM EST.  The office is not staffed on weekends. On some Fridays, the office may not be staffed due to being away at tournaments.

CANCEL REGISTRATION & CREDIT POLICY
You can cancel a registration for any reason and receive a full credit towards a future NAGA tournament. Competitors must cancel by 12:00 PM on the Friday before the tournament. You can cancel by logging into your account and canceling your registration yourself. Instructions can be found HERE. This credit is valid up to 1 year from the date you cancel. Refunds are not given.
