COACH & PARENT CHAIRS 
NAGA provides 2 chairs on each side of every score table, 1 for the coach of the competitor and the other for a family member or friend to shoot video or take photographs. Please note, no one else is allowed inside the barricades during the matches.

EVENT MEDIC
All NAGA events have a trained professional medic on sight. The medic will be visible and accessible to all in attendance. The medic is typically located between Rings 1 & 2.

BRACKETS
Brackets are posted typically a couple of hours after the night before weigh-in session has ended. If you were not placed into a bracket, the reason is likely that we need to speak with you before placing you into a division. Please check the brackets often as they are dynamic and the times (and maybe ring assignment) will change. For instructions on checking the brackets, click the 'Using Smoothcomp at a Tournament' link above. QR codes will be available at the tournament that will direct you the page to check brackets.

TEAM NAME
We ask that all competitors check with your instructor to make sure you are registered under the correct team name. This will ensure that the team awards can be given out accurately at the event. If you are registered under the incorrect name, please change it in your Smoothcomp profile so it is correct for all future tournaments.

But for the change to take effect at this tournament, NAGA needs to change it manually. Please check with us at the tournament or email us at [email protected] to take care of it.
